this is a test

almost 3 am and I can't sleep.

Went to the movies last night and saw Stardust.
It was actually a very good story... however some of the movie was fairly high on the cheese factor.
All in all it was quite enjoyable.

For some reason last night I had alot of memorable dreams... basically nightmares. I hesitate to call them nightmares as I don't remember them being all that frightening...lol. I dreamed I was being chased by Freddy Kruger all night, through hallway's etc (What it looked like was a dorm or a school of some sort), yet through any doors I went through seemed to be multi-level apartments/houses with yards. Very odd. Anyhow, Freddy also lived in this building and I discovered that if he could be normal and sometimes liked me and that he couldn't hurt me if he actually invited me into his home first. His appearance also changed radically while at home... his body type closer resembled the other well know horror killer "Jason". Something else that was definitely missing all the time too was his trade mark knife hands. He did his stalking and killing with a knife.

I attribute most of this dream to what I have been watching lately. First is Brian Melo from Canadian Idol and his slight resemblance while dressed in particular outfits to "Freddy". The rest to the movie I watched last night and knives that were supposed to be used to kill the "star". I don't always remember my dreams, and this one seemed to go on and on. I would almost wake up, then go right back into it. Good thing I wasn't terrified or it would have been a long night...lol

I have the headache from hell again tonight... Friday night was brutal too... actually went to bed at 9:00. I have taken lots of tylenol, went to the gym even though It was the last thing I thought I could do, but I somehow convinced myself it might help. It didn't.
I don't get them often enough to know what works, I wish I knew :(

Today has been an incredibly draining day at work. I just read this post in the wurds community and it says it all;

"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."

I did get off my lazy arse and go to the party last night. Not for too long, but enough to say I got of the house :) They had a good turnout despite the rain.

I am all geared up to do laundry today, and a movie marathon. Love actually and eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. Believe it or not I have seen neither. Reb's working today so I am sure he is glad he missing out on the chick flicks. If they are any good, I will make him watch them later anyway :P
